Explore Return PalletsLearn how MiloGoods return pallet tiers, changing inventory batches, shipping, merchandise condition, and order claims work before making your purchase.
A return pallet is an allocation of mixed merchandise that may include customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, open-box products, excess inventory, and previously handled merchandise.
Products, brands, quantities, packaging, and condition vary between inventory batches.
MiloGoods currently offers return inventory in four categories:
Inventory batches may include merchandise previously sold through Amazon and other major retail or e-commerce channels.
MiloGoods is an independent return-merchandise retailer and is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or authorized by Amazon.
No. Return inventory is allocated from changing merchandise batches, so exact products, brands, models, colors, quantities, and values cannot be selected or guaranteed.
You can select the merchandise category and purchasing tier shown on the applicable product page.
Unless the applicable product page states otherwise, merchandise may be new, open-box, previously handled, used, incomplete, cosmetically damaged, untested, or non-functional.
Packaging may show storage, handling, shipping, or return-related wear. Merchandise condition varies with every batch.
Beauty-category merchandise is selected from new, unopened inventory. Opened, leaking, visibly damaged, or previously used beauty products are excluded during screening.
Product photographs, videos, brand references, and example assortments show possible or previous inventory only.
Exact contents are guaranteed only when the applicable product page expressly identifies them as guaranteed.
Each tier represents a different inventory allocation. Larger tiers generally receive a larger quantity or allocation of merchandise from the available batch.
A higher-priced tier does not guarantee specific brands, high-value products, fixed quantities, retail value, or resale profit.
A full wooden freight pallet is included only when this is expressly stated on the applicable product page.
Lower-priced tiers may represent an allocated portion of mixed return inventory and may arrive in one or multiple shipping packages.
Customers may purchase return merchandise for online resale, flea markets, local retail, repairs, parts, personal projects, or other lawful purposes.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting, testing, cleaning, repairing, labeling, and determining whether merchandise meets applicable resale and marketplace requirements.
MiloGoods does not guarantee resale demand, selling price, profit margin, or business results.
Most orders are prepared within 2–3 business days. Larger allocations or periods of high order volume may require additional preparation time.
Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and available shipping method. All displayed delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after your order has shipped.
Please allow several business days for the carrier to display its first tracking update. Orders containing multiple packages may receive more than one tracking number.
Because return merchandise is random and variable, pallet purchases are generally considered final sale.
MiloGoods will review eligible claims involving an incorrect shipment, confirmed non-delivery, material transportation damage, or merchandise materially different from the purchased tier.
Eligible claims should be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery with the order number, shipping label, photographs, and a clear description of the issue.
